Would give less than a one star is possible. Made an appointment today with a stylist and showed up 9 minutes before the scheduled time. As I am waiting another customer shows up who had chosen the first available option for an appointment, when the first stylist available was someone he didn't want he stated he wanted the stylist that I had made an appointment with. The Stylist he was supposed to gotten then proceeds to change his appointment to the stylist I had booked ahead of time and moved me back another 30 minutes. When I questioned why this was done and he was put ahead of me I was told it was because at the time he was ahead of me on the list. When I told them he used the first available option and that is why he was ahead of me they said that did not matter he got to go first anyway. I was being penalized for booking a stylist by name instead of booking first available and then complaining when customer did not want the first available stylist. Instead of admitting they were wrong for placing me behind someone who just wanted to beat the system they kept making excuses because they knew the guy. I left without any service and not only will not ever use this location again but will never use Sport Clips as a company again. This is the worst customer service ever. I will be sure to let everyone know this that will listen to never use this company for any reason.

Checked in online with Netta and had a 2 hour delay. Ran some errands and then came to store. Signed in with about still about a 30 minute wait. Got down to 3 min and all of a sudden I'm back up to 30 min. Complained. After a lil more wait, Time came back to 3min again. Next thing I know its back up to 30 minutes. Got mad and left. If you aren't going to honor your own system do away with it. Will tell everyone I know and not come back.

What is the point of having an appointment system when your stylist (Michelle) is too busy chatting with colleagues of the family/friends of coworkers than getting ready to start the next client? 23 minutes after my show time she had only just started prepping the station... meaning it would have taken even more time for my haircut to actually start. Obviously a customer's time and satisfaction mean nothing to her or to sportclips...so I left. I'll get my haircut elsewhere. I've been a longtime customer but at this point not sure if I'll ever go back...and or sure won't ever go back to Michelle.
