Have been here multiple times and typically enjoy my visit. Today however, was another experience. I checked in on line and had a 70 minute wait. No big deal, needed to wash the truck and get a couple of things at WalMart. Was told to be there at 12:07. I got a text just before that time that my stylist would be available within 15 minutes. I proceed to the store. 3 stylists were cutting hair. At 12:19 I got the text and the screen showed that I was on deck. I finally walked out at 12:35 with no haircut. Two stylists left for lunch (I assume), and after completing with a customer, one talked to another customer about a baby gender reveal while several of us were waiting. Another man left the store that had obviously been waiting longer than me. The wait is not the issue, it was the complete disregard to our time and felt like I was not important.

Ashlee always listens and is very thorough in her haircuts. Easy to talk to and always makes me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place and Ashlee as your favorite for a great haircut.

Came in today and Netta met me at the register and made me feel welcome. She took great care of me focusing on precise detail. Great conversation and such a great overall experience. She is a great asset to that establishment. I highly recommend this place.
