I have been a customer since the place opened. The service has gotten pretty bad over the past year. Today was the second time the registration service failed. Today I registered in the store with a 24 minute wait for my stylist. I walked out and returned in about 15 minutes expecting about a 9 or 10 minute wait. I was surprised to discover I now had a 48 minute wait. I left. This is the same type of thing that occurred about 2 months ago.I am going to change to someone else that actually makes appointments.

So, been going there for years with my boys. Pretty much the same haircuts over and over. Today there was a weird $10 extra charge on top of the $19 for one of my boys. The stylist came up and said a hard part (simple cut) that has been done many times in the past was an extra 10. I complained and she removed it with some attitude and told me,” next time it’s $10, for that part”. Told her I have been coming for years and never had to pay that extra and I won’t be back any time soon if I have to pay extra for nothing special. Her response was, well ok have a good day. Really?? Then to find out this person who did not get parental permission to charge me extra for a kid cut, and had attitude is the freaking manager!!! Miss the old manager, she was friendly and fun. Looks like we will be finding somewhere new now!! As long as that manager is there and they try to sneak in upcharges, we won’t be back!!

My friend and I walked in at 6:30 with two people waiting in front of us. Immediately, the two stylists stated the wait would be 1:30 and that they close at 8. They were very adamant about not taking on new customers. We basically felt pushed out of the store and unwanted. We have been going to sports clips for years and have never experienced this. Being in the hospitality management for ten years, I would never want my guests/customers feel this unwanted.
