I usually go to Decatur for a haircut. I decided to try this particular location. I walked in and Jordan was the first available hairstylist. From the time I walked in until the time I left I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The entire team seemed very cheerful and professional. Jordan and I spoke and laughed quite a bit. I feel as though I have found my new location and Jordan will be my first pick Thank you Madison team for a great experience! Also I am glad that everyone loved my T-shirt .

Unfortunately, this will be the last time I bring my son here. We love the atmosphere, football is always on and the staff is super friendly...but only once have they cut my sons hair how I asked. I am not super picky but Yesterday, I even brought a picture with me and also spoke to the lady for two minutes straight saying how my son did not like his bangs short. I told her he didn’t want to get his hair cut because he was afraid of them cutting it too short again. I asked her over and over to please make sure she did not cut his bangs short and showed her another example. She said she understood and told me what she was going to do and then did the exact opposite!! Not only did she cut the bangs short but also cut part of the top as well. We will not be back. It was a simple request and a simple haircut.

Thank you Sharlene for a great hair cut. You listened to our request and did a great job. My son said you cut his hair exactly how we always ask but you are the first person who cut it right. It was a cold day today, instead of wetting his hair down with the cold water bottles you rinsed his hair in the back with warm water. He really did appreciate that. Wish that could be done all the time like they do at other hair salons. Great service and very courteous. We will be back again.

I was extremely unsatisfied. My stylist didn’t just butcher my hair cut she also reaked of pot smoke. Unprofessional. I will not be getting my hair cut there no more. Kira smelled like pot, ruined my hair cut, and was grossing me out with the amount of sweat pouring from her as she worked. Should hire more professional people not pot smokers with bad hygiene.
